Site type and purpose
Together we determine what you want to happen on the site and choose the appropriate form: a simple page, a presentation site with a few pages, a landing page or a small shop.
- Short discussion (30-45 min): what you want specifically (calls, messages, sales), who your people are, what questions they ask most frequently.
- We choose the form: simple page (all information in one place), site with 3-5 pages (home, services, about, contact), offer page (for a campaign), or small shop (a few products).
- What we put on the site: brief texts, real photos, visible contact information, clear buttons 'Call' / 'Write on WhatsApp'. I help you formulate briefly, in an understandable way.
- Page outline: we draw a simple map of the site and note what appears in each section. This way we see everything at a glance.
- Clear and honest plan: what you receive, how long each step takes, how much it costs and when I send you the version for approval.
Domain name, hosting, and safety
We choose a suitable name (e.g., yourcompany.com), where the site lives, how we secure it, and how we handle backups.
- The name: we check what's available, choose the appropriate extension (.uk, .ro or .com) and set the owner data.
- Where the site is hosted: shared hosting (cheaper), own server (more powerful) or static site hosting (very fast). I'll briefly tell you the advantages and disadvantages.
- Name direction: we configure the name direction (DNS) so that your domain points to where the site is hosted.
- The padlock in the bar: we activate the security certificate (SSL), so visitors see the padlock and data circulates safely.
- Email addresses: we create addresses on the domain (e.g. contact@...) and, if you want, redirects to your usual address.
- Backups: we establish how often the site is saved (daily or weekly) and where copies are kept.
How people contact you
Simple form, email that arrives where it should, WhatsApp button and, if you want, a chat window for common questions.
- Short form: name, phone or e-mail, message. We put protection against robots, so you don't receive spam.
- Secure email: I prepare the correct sending of messages to your address. We test until messages arrive without problems.
- Response to the first message: I give you a simple text that you can send forward. For example: 'Hello, I received the message. Thank you! I'll get back today with details and next steps.'
- WhatsApp button: with one click, the conversation opens with a pre-filled message (e.g.: 'Hello! I would like an offer for a site.').
- Chat for questions: a small window that answers a few common questions (schedule, indicative prices, how we work). We keep things simple.
- Privacy: we briefly explain what data you receive through the form, how long you keep it and how to delete it upon request.
The content, how it looks and how people find you
How we write briefly and clearly, what photos we use, how we arrange the pages and what we do to make the site easier to find in searches.
- Brief texts: what you offer, at what price, in what area, how people contact you. Without much talk, without complicated terms.
- Frequently asked questions: we answer in advance 5-7 questions that customers always ask.
- Real photos: a few clean, compressed photos that load quickly. We avoid very heavy pictures.
- Page layout: simple menu, clear buttons, company data at the bottom of the page (address, phone, email).
- Easier to find: understandable titles and descriptions, a 'site map' for search engines and a file that says what robots can read.
- Speed: optimized images, clean code, verification with tools that measure how quickly pages load.
Launch, maintenance and support after
What we do before starting the site, what we follow in the first days and how we proceed with updates and changes in the future.
- Before launch: we test all pages, forms, internal links, and mobile display.
- Go live: connect the domain, verify HTTPS padlock, and make sure everything loads fast.
- First days: we monitor the incoming messages and make small fixes if anything looks off.
- Monthly maintenance: timely updates, backups, health checks, small tweaks (copy, images, prices).
- How to request changes: by email or WhatsApp, all in one place so nothing gets lost. We'll confirm when it's done.
- Transparent costs: we send in advance what's included in maintenance and what is charged separately, so everything is clear.
